your application may not be processed, and you may be denied access to this Site and the associated App.
NYL requires your personal information to comply with the Internal Revenue Code and N.Y. Tax Law income
reporting and tax withholding requirements and under the authority of Tax Law Section 1604 to announce lottery
prize awards. NYL’s Lottery Prize Payment Unit is the custodian of player accounts and prize records and may be
